Chia Pudding

A filling breakfast or afternoon snack option. When purchasing coconut cream or milk, check the ingredients and find one that does not contain any emulsifiers or preservatives. CeresOrganics in NZ are a brand that you can trust - and they also do not use BPA lined tins!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Coconut Milk or Cream (400ml)
  • 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into ramekins (4 if using coconut milk, 5 if using coconut cream)

  2. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes

  3. Add 1/4 cup fruit such as blueberries, pineapple or kiwifruit to serve
