Radiant is based upon a modified low carbohydrate diet that puts your body into nutritional ketosis. Please note that this is not a ‘keto’ diet. It is a wholefoods plan that includes plenty of highly nutritious foods such as fruit, vegetables, nuts and animal protein.
If releasing weight is not one of your health goals, then you will be given a slightly different food plan, which will not put you into nutritional ketosis.
