Gluten Free Pancakes
Yummy Gluten Free Pancakes - just in time for Shrove Tuesday! Makes 2 large pancakes or 4 smaller pikelets. Enjoy!
- Mixing Bowl
- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Almond Meal
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon or Mixed Spice
- Mash 1 ripe banana, mix with 2 eggs, and 4TB of almond meal, add a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon or mixed spice (more if you like it spicy).
- Melt butter in a hot frypan, add a scoop of mixture, and flip after about 4-5 mins (this mixture does not bubble). Or put in your waffle maker.
- Serve with berries, whipped cream or yoghurt, and some real maple syrup**These pancakes are sweet as is, and dont really need the maple 😉
