I am a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, and Fertility Educator. I help women to turn around their health and feel amazing – especially whilst navigating through lifes challenges such as stress, anxiety, grief, dieting & weight loss, puberty, infertility, menopause, and hormones gone wild.
You will benefit from a combination of therapies such as: targeted supplements, herbal medicine, nutrition, massage, coaching, fertility charting and functional testing. When you work with me you will get an honest and loving review of your health. If you need to address a health concern, I will take it seriously, and we will create a treatment plan together that works for you.

I live in West Auckland, with my husband and 2 fur babies – who are spoilt and live like little kings in our house! Outside of Clinic, and research, I love to spend time exploring NZ and the world, meeting new people and seeing new sights.
Nine years ago I experienced burnout while in an extremely stressful work situation. My body and mind (and spirit!) could not take any more, and after I had my first miscarriage I decided it was time to quit my job and walk away. What followed was a year of unsuccessful job hunting, and a general decline in my wellbeing. A couple of years later I went on a self-guided 3 day ‘future planning’ retreat out at Piha – and after some serious introspection and walks along the beach, I realised what I wanted to be, and shortly after I began my studies to become a Naturopath.
Over the years I have worked hard to heal my nervous system, to nourish my soul, balance my hormones, and to understand the infertility that my husband and I have experienced. My personal experience in these areas help to strengthen my practice, providing me with a unique perspective when working with my clients. I truly understand what it is like to struggle through trying times in life, but I know that there is hope on the other side, sometimes we just need a little help to get through.
