Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can Coconut Milk or Cream (400ml)
- 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into ramekins (4 if using coconut milk, 5 if using coconut cream)
- Chill in fridge for 15 minutes
- Add 1/4 cup fruit such as blueberries, pineapple or kiwifruit to serve
